• 13th St Connector: Connecting Russell, Portland, and California to the upcoming Waterfront Park Phase IV
• 4th St Connector: Connecting Old Louisville and many of the city’s most prominent hotels to downtown and Waterfront Park
• Frankfort Ave Connector: Connecting Clifton and Irish Hill to the Botanical Gardens and Waterfront Park

The Vision: A fun, safe, easy way to access Waterfront Park and other downtown amenities by foot or bike from urban neighborhoods
